Capitec refuses to give me my money.

I have been promised feedback within five days by Capitec Bank on the matter that have been pending for close to two months now.i have not yet received this feedback. Guys if there's anybody that can assist me out there please assist I'm begging you. Capitec is refusing to release my money I had deposited for safe keeping in their account.Everytime they call me it's either them giving excuse or trying to convince to put down my posts. As I've said this matter has been pending for over months now. I don't have money friends and family have assisted where they can, but unfortunately it's not enough. Please if there's anybody who can assist me so I can get my money out of Capitec. Please!! I don't know what to do anymore.
