Capitec refuses to give me money. ******* banking at best

<p>I had fixed a fairly large sum of money in capitec bank acc and on the 4th of january 2016 i requested my money and was told funds will be available in my account within 7 working days. After the 8th day i went to the nearest branch to query and told of system shutdown blah blah bt funds will be ready within 48 hours which never happened. After the going to the bank for the forth time and still not getting my money , i got hold of the public protector lawyer filed a report and we approached a capitec branch and eventually they toldus they are not sure what happened with my money bt they are investigating , they offered me some compensation for all my inconvenience of which i also didnt get, and after constant up and down and endless lies we eventually summoned them to court , and they still refuse to pay me my money all the say , they are having high volumes of cases so they dont have my money right away, bt they will deposit my money in 10 working days . As it is long story short we have been in and out of diiferent courts including the high court twice ,all they do is lie and promise bt no action . I contacted the banking ombudsman and they are useless . It has been the most traumatic experience in my life. they are wolves in sheeps clothing. Its been more than a year now 18 month 6days exactly since its 2017 capitec ripped me off. This is so *******. People gasp in disbelief when i tell them my story until i show them all the paperwork from day 1. Bt iv recently contacted a trusted news channel and waiting for a response. I appeal to the masses STAW AWAY . Will update on my progress .</p>
