Capitec refuses me a paid up letter.

I have to say that I'm outer most disgusted with the way capitec operates and the customers service recieved. I have been using capitec credit card, paying on time everytime or sometimes paying the full amount just because I can. January I paid the full amount and the credit card was up to date, it is now feb and when I did my credit check it shows that my credit score is being affected by capitec credit card, that states I still owe an amount of R4060. I'm absolutely furrious because they are in competent and don't send updates to credit bureaus. So I was so vivid I went to capitec to close the credit card. When they tell me I need to pay an additional amount of R59. Mind you the credit offered was R6000 and sitting on that credit card was R6026.56. Which is over by R26. Now they have the ordesaty to say I must pay R59 more. What a *******. And immediately when I asked when my info will be updated they tell me 45 days, so I request for a paid up letter and they tell me it will also take 45 days. What nonsense is that. Foschini gave me my paid up letter same day. I'm sick of capitec honesltly. Firstly they fail to do the basics of updating clients information monthly as they should and that has a negative inmpact on one's credit score and when a client wants out, they are given a round around. I volanteery paid up this stupid credit account, I was not late, nor in areas nor handed over. So I want my PAID LETTER NOW!! As I will take this further even if I have to go to print media and the consumers proctector. The sent a dumb sms saying my acc has been stopped, I don't want it stopped I want it CLOSED. So help me God if that acc acquires charges or interested because it is not closed. I will not pay that money, further more I will ask my lawyer to take capitec to court for the pain and suffering caused.. Like my credit score reflecting low because it says I owe R4060 which I don't because they don't work, they don't update...?? And I have my credit report to prove it, and even capitecs statement as when the credit card was paid the amount of R5900 to conclude the R6000 used..
