Capitec refused to give me my account number

My name is Nosipho Kunene.In 2017 I participated in a peer to peer stokvel with other members of my community, we would pay each other. It's either they paid me or I paid them. My account was blocked in a few weeks time, I went to the bank and made a query about that and I was told that someone had made a complaint about my account. First of all Capitec didn't bother to call me and hear my side of the story, I submitted the affidavit at Capitec but still today, 6years later my account is still blocked. I find it very odd that other members who participated with me in that stokvel their accounts were opened and mine is still blocked. I tired to get my account number at Capitec so that I could writw to Hello Peter but they refused to give it to me, they also refused when I asked if I could open my daughter's accounts. My account was blocked in an unfair manner, if other participants could have their accounts reopened and then I think mine should be open too. My numbers are *** and my ID number is ***
