Capitec refuse to unfreeze my account

There was a court order issued to freeze my account. I went to court on the 2nd of December 2024, on the 3rd of December 2024 a court order was issued to unfreeze my account. Till today my account is on frozen status. I've been to three different branches trying to sort this out. I've even sent emails to their legal with the court order attached, in have not received any response. My rent is overdue but as usual Capitec bank doesn't care. I need this sorted out as in yesterday. This is the worst service I've ever received ever since I opened a bank account.
