Capitec refuse to reverse funds that I was de*****ed off

Decided to do only shopping on delica Monaco online store only to discovered when I have already paid its a buy one get one free ****,the store has no contact details, so during the buying process was offered yoco that's linked to capitec account of the *********,now called the capitec ***** line to help me recover my funds to date when I call their keep doing same process of filing for complain but no funds were reversed as promised, haven't heard no feed back from them,capitec is useless bank ,regret now joining them
