Capitec Refuse to pay back my money. I have to beg and plz for my own money be careful of capitec.
Capitec Bank deducted more than my policy premium amount. I INFORM them its almost 3weeks they keep on giving me stories. Every time i phone they telling me a new storie. I feel its unfair for me to beg for my own money.

08 Apr 2021, 20:05This was just a wake up call for me to change to a other Bank. Because if this was Std Fnb or Absa my problem wouldv be resolved in 3 days. Unlike u guys telling me the same story that i been hearing for 3 weeks. From my point of view if your own bank deduct more than they suppose and they so long to refund you. What other story will they tell u if other people have excess to your account. How will i know if my money will be safe with Capitec.
