CAPITEC REFUSE ME TO FICA

I visit CAPITEC Bethlehem to supply my FICA documents, because CAPITEC already block my account. I took the following CERTIFIED documents to CAPITEC: Lease agreement that is in my husband's name, marriage certificate, marriage agreement, my husband's ID, my own ID, proof of residents by my employer, my payslip and a CAPITEC Bank declaration for residents completed and sign by my husband. CAPITEC refuse to help me, because on the Capitec declaration it says STREET and the lease agreement says STRAAT! Apparently there is a difference between STREET and STRAAT. My husband completed the form in English because it is an English form. Then the staff of CAPITEC Bethlehem told me my husband should not have completed the form, but only sign it. THIS MAY RESULT IN *****E, BECAUSE HOW CAN MY HUSBAND SIGN A DECLARATION WITHOUT KNOWING WHAT WILL BE FILLED IN. <br> <br> How the hell can people staying in informal settlements be FICA, but I am not allow to FICA!!!! This is **************!!!! <br> <br> I had to close my account because I needed my OWN money urgently, but now they do not want to help me open a new account. <br> <br> CAPITEC IS THE WORT BANK IN SA!!!!!!
