Capitec refusal to open me a bank account.

My rating should actually be 0/100. Some time during 2014 I went to Capitec Sabie branch to open a bank account. The bank employee was very professional. Many minutes later he gave me the sad news that the bank refuses to open an account for me. It had something to do with my I.d .(whatever). He called someone higher up and he was told that I should go to the Dept of Home Affairs for verification of my I.d, which I did. Thereafter I was told that my account would be open by the next Monday, some 3 days or so later. It has been three days from 2014 to July 2020 and I am proud to say I still don't have my Capitec bank account. Well, on 16 July of this year I returned to Capitec to try opening a bank account again. This time I was rejected much faster. The bank employee made a few phone calls and he told me to go to Home Affairs. AGAIN! I went, my I.d was verified, I was given the all clear and I returned to Capitec. Again the bank employee did his best to help me. We ended up going back to Home Affairs together. Still, Capitec would not open a bank account for me. They seem to think that there is something wrong with my Identity document, even when Dept of Home Affairs doesn't think so, even when Tyme bank, Standard Bank and First National Bank finds nothing wrong with my Identity document and fingerprints. And by the way, I was issued the same I.d number the first time my parents app**** for my birth certificate. Capitec, Thanks for being above the Dept of Home Affairs and other banks, thanks for nothing.
