Capitec Refund Fee (External)
Wanting to charge a R160 fee on a R295 refund. To them it's simply a process, but anyone with 1/2 a brain can see how dumb this is.
Oh, let me not forget, the fee will be charged regardless of whether the refund is approved or not.
