Capitec recruitment process is the worst by far.

Capitec recruitment process is the worst by far. You will write assessment, nail them then interview and there's no feedback regarding the interview. Then you follow up with them then you are told that you are on the database. But you see them advertising jobs that you qualify for but still not consider you as you are in their "database ". When you apply again you still go through the same process and then they do not give you feedback on the outcome of your interview. All of a sudden they invite you for a second interview that was never mention on the recruitment process and still no feedback on the 2nd interview as they promised during the interview.

We spend money on transport to attend interviews and data to apply online and make time to avail ourselves the least you can do is tell us the outcome. I don't even feel like applying for their jobs because of running in circles with the recruitment process.
