Capitec Recruitment is unfair

Good day,

From the beginning the was something just not quite right. The first time I was told about assessments, I got the SMS and when I tried to confirm, no one answered the phone. Second time, I got the SMS, confirmed, wrote all three tests and passed. During the background check a someone from Capitec called me and told me that they were going to call me later again the same day, but he never did. I called the lady we we're supposed to confirm with for assessments because it was the only number I had, but she wasn't very helpful or even willing to, so I had to ask my mom to call for me, only then was she helpful and the guy finally called me back. For days I kept getting smses that someone would call me about the final interview but no one called, so I had to go through the same process of calling again til I got a date for the interview. And so the day came, I went to the interview and I was interviewed by the Regional manager (not so friendly)and Branch manager and they had "concerns" about the fact that I couldn't speak Venda fluently. Last week someone called to tell me that my application was unsuccessful, wasn't even told why or given the chance to ask. Anyway my point is that Capitec could find a way to make the whole process easier because most of the time if you don't call them, they don't call you and yes, most of us are graduates who are "desperate" for jobs so that's why we pester and call all the time.
