Capitec Recruitment is not Fair.

I went to write assesment at capitec, we were -+ 20, the as*****t was based on verbal, numeric, and checking. The assesor said if you dont pass verbal you are out you cant proceed to numeric ,same as numeric you cant proceed to checking, first round only 6 people made it, the numeric only 4 made it, then checking only two made it. I was the one of the 4 people who made it to checking, then after checking they said i did not make it me and this other guy.

Honestly i feel like this ass*****t thing is not fair, the guy whom i did not make it with on checking is a Bcom accounting graduate, myself on the other hand i am a 3rd year Bcom accounting student, reason we didnt make it is because we were not fast enough.

Imagine when you are being denied a job opportunity that you qualify just because you were not fast enough is it that fair?

The people who made it is this other woman in her late 30s and this other man, both are old, the woman even admitted she was just guessing the answers, luck was on her side and it was the second time writing the assesment.

Honestly capitec recruitment process is not fair at all. How many qualified and good candidates are not being afforded the opportunity to even get to the interview to sell themselves because of this assesment?
