Capitec quick to hold funds.

My funds have been on hold since mid October.I transferred funds from my absa account which had a hold attached and this hold transferred to capitec.The case was however resolved within a few days and the absa account was released.Absa then communicated this to capitec,who was supposed to release the funds in the capitec account.I have visited the capitec branch I ottery on numerous occasions but the consultants cannot help with this matter.I have made many calls to absa who have been very helpful in providing ref numbers for capitec to release the funds but capitec claims they don't know where the hold came from.I find this unacceptable as they are quick to place holds but now I have to run from pillar to post when I was not even notified about this hold.
