Capitec putting torn bank notes on their ATM

I went to capitec branch in Boksburg CBD to withdraw R3000, after a 1st failed withdrawal, I attempted to us the other ATM at the same branch, which gave me the R3000 I requested. After I went to FNB atm to deposit the R3000, I them realised that I got a tourn R200 from the notes I got from the atm. I try to exchange the note with capitec, two different branches but both of them said they won't help me. I must take this money to reserve bank. Why should I go to reserve bank while I got this money from their atm? Even their twitter handle is not responding to my request. I will never trust capitec with this treatment I'm getting from them, maybe is time for change. capitec are putting torn bank notes on their atm
