Capitec put paused sign on my acc i am now stucked and really in need of that money and i sent the prooof they needed but still nothing

For the past 5 days my account has been paused i went to the branch several times i am unable to send my daughter money she has no food now coz capitec hasn't opened my account i keep emailing things they asked for yet my account still closed i am fed up and i swear the day they decide to open it i will never keep my money there, i don't even know the main reason they did that coz i have details of everyone who sent money in my acc and the funds there are not even much that they will do what they did i am so dissapointed in them even ppl who owes me cant transfer money in my acc they have been trying no luck, i lost a lot all because of them this month....i used to rate their service 5 but now i gv them nothing.
