Capitec punishment for Being under debt councelling

I dont know how many complaints i have to log about this i keep receiving credit card and access facility in arrears statements my debt councellour Debt Solutions 4 U contacts Capitec about this but no response i do nott have any funds available whatsoever for a increased installment as i have listed Capitec including my credit card and access facility in the debt councelling process the only conclusion i can come to is marking me in arrears even when paying by means of debt councelling is punishment by Capitec for going under debt councelling marked in arrears and kept in arrears worsening credit record for being under debt councelling i cannot be reached on the *** number as its not in use email only My debt councellour contacts Capitec but to no avail
