Capitec Promoting ***** Aginst Customers

Capitec Bank Credit Card and was declined despite my excellent credit report, affordability and no judgements against my name. However, to my suprise, it was declined. I made a follow-up and a gentleman by the name of Shafeeqah promised to help me with the issue. Three days later he came back to me & indicated that I have "a prevent loan status"on my profile. I emailed back indicating that I have never taken a loan with Capitec and needed a clarity with the meaning of "a no loan status" and proof of the loan he was referring to. He never responded to me despite 3 more emails requesting for this information. This clearly indicates that Capitec promotes ***** and do not have any intention of assisting clients with such unless it was an inside job. I am obviously left with no option but to take legal steps.
