Capitec promotes **********

Hello id like to lodge a complaint against capitec bank... Ud swear capitec supports ********** who are their own clients i went to one of their branches to report a case of ***** and was told to bring an affidavit in order for them to reverse my money when i got to the branch today am being told the money has been withdrawn and there's nothing they can do to help i mean iv lost a lot of money and it has only been two days but am being told excuses

Very useless to bank with capitec these people don't care about clients
