Capitec promisses Clients that its better to bank with them my Banking with them is A Nightmarere

capitec bank sends me an email stating that the investigation is closed and my funds will be released on the 23rd of april still not done its the 4th of may I go into the branch almost everyday there is a new incedent number given to me wich is *** i dont understand what do they get by making clients suffer like this i need help please i even got sick because of this stress
