Capitec - promises but no action

When you call the complaints department to complain about no one calling you back as promised (on 3 occasions), and they also don't get back to you, you know that you are not being valued as a customer. I have always spoken highly of Capitec Bank, but unfortunately now I am strongly considering moving to another bank.
