Capitec promis to help people not!!!

I went to capitec after my multi loan was without notice stopped and they explained to me why and I I understood.... they told me after a month I should come back and then they will try to do it again so I went back on Tuesday and tried again and I ask maybe if possible for a loan so I tried to apply and then the system block out when they put in my company details I was told it will take an half an hour after a half an hour no response yet I was told to wait 24-48hours so I waited then after 48hours of waiting still no response after calling 2times then I received I call that they cant help me because of the company I work for is not registered on there system... I mean what am I to do I thought that capitec are there to help people in need I always recommend people to bank with then and they are always helping but after today I think they are becoming more like the other banks not very happy about this first time I have heard that some cant help you because of were you work.....
