CAPITEC PREVENTING ACCOUNT HOLDERS FROM MAKING ONLINE PURCHASES / TRANSFERS.

What's this **** with capitec lately ??????

Registered for ONLINE PURCHASES but cannot make use of this facility.

WHO has two phones or other devices CONSTANTLY at hand ????

For a Scan to pay - you need 10 phones and 100 hands to make a simple transfer of R150.00 who the f**k can manage scanning the QR code AND take a selfie AND run from one screen to another 200 times in 60 seconds ????

By the time the Capitec application has authorised the selfie and scanned the QR Code, the QR Code has already EXPIRED !!!!!

Are you now in cahoots with the GREEDY Government to PREVENT the citizens to spend their OWN money the way they WANT to ????

Even your so-called help line, is USELESS !!!!!

Fix this **** or we will start moving our accounts somewhere else !!!!

And another thing - according to your USELESS client service number : 0860-102-043 agent Sihle told me that Capitec has BANNED all account holders from GAMBLING online - but YOU advertise PLAY LOTTO, PLAY BINGO, PLAY HORSES, etc. WHAT is the difference ???? NOTHING - THEY'RE ALL GAMBLING !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YOU ARE NOT IN CHARGE OF MY MONEY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I EARNED IT AND WILL SPEND IT THE WAY I WANT TO !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
