Capitec- poor services

From now onwards, I don't trust anything that comes from Capitec and I'm now changing to African Bank. in june 2019 I took a loan from Capitec Bank and I was paying on time until Capitec stopped debiting my Account and i thought that my loan account was settled. in 2020, i app**** for a clothing account and i was informed that i'm blacklisted by capitec. i thereafter went to Capitec for the clarification and settlement letter and when i get there i was told that there was an amount of R100 which wasn't debited my loan account. I thereafter asked them why that R100 was not debited, the consultant said that she has no idea and Capitec referred that matter of R100 to the Attorneys.

I contacted the Capitec Attorneys and pay the settlement amount of R200 in October 2020 and up until now I'm still blacklisted and when I phoned the Attorneys, they always said that they are still waiting for the settlement letter from Capitec.

I can say without a fear of contradictions that doing business with Capitec was the dumbest thing that i ever done, i will regret my whole life and i never recommend anyone to do business with capitec.
