Capitec poor service
Capitec not only having poor service delivery, its actually nun existing. I went online to do a loan application in which they promise a agent will contact you back with in one day, this happened initially but i then had do provide extra documents which by the time i got them, Capitec agent told me my application has expired i have to do a new one. Did a new one and even redid it and a month later still NO response from Capitec or the agent.
