Capitec poor service and *********** staff

Capitec Bank service is very poor, *********** staff including branch managers.

I visited Capitec Alberton City yesterday on the 06th of November because of the transfer I made on the 1st of November 2024 however the money hasn’t been reflected on the other account neither reversed to my account. I’ve been calling the bank several times but no assistance, every time I call they tell me it’s been escalated and changing ticket or incidents reference numbers

Apparently when they check payment was unsuccessful and should be reversed back

Capitec is actually not a Bank that can serve people and should be educated about customer service however I’ve taken a decision to leave this so called Bank and will not advise other people to use it
