Capitec Poor Service and Bad Credit Application Procedures

App**** for a loan with Capitec Bank, after a week of running around sending documents all over the place I was declined due to the fact that I earn a commission and salary. Their credit department cannot understand that I earn additional monies over and above my normal regular salary. Unbelievable. Apparently, their system cannot cope with these additional amounts. The sales consultant Tariq Salie has no clue and the Ferndale Branch Manager was rude and refused to assist me or listen to me. What a joke.
