Capitec poor service

I'm sick and tired of Capitec Bank I've cancel and stopped other company debit on my Capitec bank ,and on my Capitec app I stopped them(disputes) but they keep on debiting so Capitec is failing to stop that debiting after I have stopped it as the customer, I will switch my account to another bank coz it's seems they failing me as their customer.
