Capitec poor service

I have sent money from my capitec account to my Tyme bank account today around 6:35 Am even now they haven't received the payment. How long should I wait for it to reflect. I phoned their clients care and they said to me, I have to wait for 48 hours coz I paid R2 for the transaction instead of immediate payment of R7. 50. That was for my kids school fees and transport, now they have to wait for 48 hours to go school. Why does eft between the two vary.
