Capitec poor service

I did a cash send to someone on 2 May and they can't withdraw it. Been to a Capitec branch 3 times since and still nothing after 5days. The branch staff are very helpful but they have to call and hold on for a long time. How long does it take to sort out something this simple!!!!!
