Capitec POOR SERVICE

Worst experience with them. There was an amount of R900 taken out of my bank. Went to Klersdorp Branch to log a dispute. Just for Capitec Head office to phone me and tell me that they can't help me, I need to phone the company where my card transaction went through and ask for footage of that day to see who used my card!!!! Reality is that anybody can perform *****ulent transactions with your account and the Bank will or can't do anything about that. This is ridiculous..... Really Capitec.... Don't think it's a good idea to be with this Bank. I will take my business account and all other accounts from you to another bank that will appreciate the Business 😡😡😡😡😡Please people be on the lookout for those kind of transactions on your accounts
