Capitec poor service

I went under debt review, due to unfortunate events. My debt review company did send the necessary documents to Capitec, but yet after receiving payment every month they handed me over to Ver-tex solutions. Another issue is that I bought electricity through my app and never received the pin, after several emails i still didn't get refunded. I am on the point to take my banking to somewhere else.
