Capitec, poor customer service

I recently reached out to Capitec about a *****ulent payment going off my account. I waited patiently to be contacted by Capitec bank to assist in resolving the issue. Much to my dismay I was not contacted and now I'm afraid that the same payment will go off my account as it seems to be a recurring payment. It's disheartening how little they care about their customers.
