Capitec policy is no debt and clean record we wont help you with any facilitiy

Absolutley ridiculous bank! Few months ago i app**** for a loan and capitec excuse was they dont help commission earners! Now i went bank seeing i earn 50k basic and commission and the excuse now is seeing i dont have debt i dont qualify??? I have mrp and truwoths acc and my record is clean but capitec still has excuses not to help you! Let me quote the capitec lady that helped me... sir you have to have debt to get a loan from us??? No debt no help! I have never been so disguisted by a bank ! Last time i also complained and capitec phoned me back saying sir if you have 3 months basic we will help you! All lies! Capitec is waste of time !
