Capitec policy complaint
I would to lodge a complaint regarding capitec bank, who declined my funeral policy claim for my late cousin sister who passed away on the 10th November 2024.....They called family relative to confirm relationship, now they are saying our family relationship doesn't fall under their category.
Please assis me
