Capitec policy

I took a policy with capitec seven months ago I included my brother,s grand mother. When I took a policy I explained to the consultant how are we related , now the grand mother passed away, I went and submit all the documents they need , after a day I received an sms saying my claim has been declined the deceed is not my extended family. I would like to knw how ?
