Capitec policy

Good day am writing this again hence before not so long ago the was a ***** that happened on my account with Capitec. the matter was sorted out after i wrote to the 0mbudsman. i have other issue and i feel harassed because i have the policy with them and they are failing to assist me every time i keep on getting calls to say I have an outstanding balance with them which is I don't have the outstanding balance . I have been going to the Brach over and over i don't get any answers instant i get calls and i have to be explaining .am being worried as to say if something can happen I don't believe that they will help they keep on giving me the cause number to follow up and when I do they tell me that is not resolved at yet . I keep on getting calls even when am at work i will end up getting warnings
