Capitec pls unblock my account

Good morning

I have a problem with capitec, the have blocked my account since the 10th of September. I have been calling them, going to the branch. I have send everything they want but no response from them. I am so frustrated as there is money that I was supposed to pay my kids school fees. Now I have to borrow people money . Pls capitec open my account.

As you promised that someone will contact me the next day, I would like to tell you that no one phoned me. I don't know what to do anymore. I need that money, just unblock my account capitec so that I can withdraw my money and close that account. How can you frustrate me like this. From the 10th of September queries about one thing.

Would you please unblock my account, then I will leave you with peace.
