Capitec please refund the money .
We bought a Keedo gift voucher as friends at Capitec Gifted a friend and the voucher was set to expire in 2026 My friend didn't use the voucher immediately and when she decided to use the Voucher, it wasn't working I spoke to 4 people between the 17 and the 19 and people didn't even know that the store isn't active on the App And the last 2 escalated the matter for investigation which is still continuing todate
Capitec needs to catch a wake up
