Capitec, please educate your staff

Yesterday, I went to Capitec, Maynard Mall, Main Road, Wynberg, Cape Town, I needed help regarding the biometric login on the mobile banking app on my phone, I told the lady at the door that I needed help regarding the aforementioned, & she wanted to sanitize my hands, I then told her that sanitizer, wipes & gloves burn & irritate my skin very badly due to my very bad Eczema, especially on my hands as well as other parts of my body, she kept on insisting about the sanitizer, & as much as I tried to explain the aforementioned to her, she still wasn't acknowledging my condition, I requested to speak to the manager, who was busy, then another colleague of hers came to me, & I told her what I needed help with, she also went somewhere into the branch, by then, I was so ****ed off that I left, Eczema is NOT contagious, please educate your staff, I'm really not impressed at all & I'm still very ****ed off..., how do I rate you no stars?
