Capitec playing smart

A bank I have used from 2015 has decided to leave me stranded and clueless. So capitec really comes out here responding on hello Peter but does nothing to help us. I wrote about my request to dispute a transaction believed to be a ****. Till Today I have not heard from capitec. Instead, I am the one calling capitec back to back. I'm defeated with this bank honestly
