Capitec personal loans

I settled my personal loan on my banking app, it refused me to pay the full outstanding amount but excepted the payment with a 1c less. I phoned on 9 September to ask how must I pay the 1c as the app does not allow me to pay the 1c. The lady who helped me said she would put in the request to reverse the 1c. This morning when I opened my banking app it shows I own on my personal loan R78.19. How many interest are you asking on 1c???Really!!!please educate your staff to help us properly. I refuse to pay the R78.19!!
