Capitec personal loan 12 day early debit

Personal loan is debited on the 12th and not the agreed date of 26th of each month. I needed that money, and you blatantly stole it from me. I will move to another bank if you do not rectify this. I'm getting sick and tired of this. Each and every month you take money that comes in early, instead of the agreed time. This is a breach of contract!
