Capitec Pending Funds Reversal Being Ignored

This is my 2nd complaint, as nothing was done to the previous complaint and I am still without anything.

1. Amazon UK order cancelled. But Amazon did not bank it only reserved. 2. Cancelled Order and money is still with Capitec. 3. Amazon does not provide cancellation letters. But I did send an email to Capitec customer care, with confirmation from Amazon that it was cancelled. 4. Capitec ignores me further. I need to live, I have no money in my account. and a large amount is still stuck on Pending. This is not the 1st time this has happened. But the 1st time Capitec is not reversing my online order purchase.

Please release my pending funds. I have to live. And move banks, because this has been the last straw. I have also reported Capitec to the Ombudsman. Banks are not above the law.
