Capitec Payshap bungle up

Capitec Payshap transaction not reflecting since the 27th of June, a made a 3000 transaction to my Nedbank account and it hasn't reflected to date on my Nedbank account , a query that the lodged on the 28th of June also yielded no positive results ,they insist that it was paid over... Their 14 days investigation expired and they said it was paid over. I provided proof on the 18th of July that it wasn't paid over and they opened another 14 days investigation which will expire on the 6th of august. My issue is they don't provide any feedback until I ask for it..and also their so-called feedback after asking for it it's not resolving my problem....

I will actually close my account if they fail to resolve this.... It's sad cos I have been using Capitec for many years and it is my main account.
