Capitec pay back my money

I bought something online the person failed to deliver I went to capitec to try and reverse the money .they failed to do so they said they will block his account the seller contacted me to tell me that his account has money and blocked he’s willing to pay me back we went to capitec with the guy .they confirmed that indeed there’s money they required Affidavits we submitted all the required documents I haven’t received my money from capitec even today is been a month now ,the affidavit stated that they should unblock the account and send the money to my account.
