Capitec paused my account and are taking forever to fix it.

Good day, CAPITEC paused my account , even after sending proof of resident and source of income as per their request they are still taking forever to fix it, went to their branch and still no help,they don't even reply emails from their branches, what type of bank is that? I'm going hungry while I have money with Capitec. Capitec is tired shame, one day they'll run away with our money for good
