Capitec pathetic system

Capitec system is really pathetic they keep on *****ing my money and say it is Wish online purchase when I contacted wish and send them my bank statement they know nothing about that money they took R440 from my account when I went to the bank it says wish online purchase and another R400 as well right now my account is sitting on -R645 when they take the money they claim is Wish I had purchased items from wish and cancelled my order immediate all wish did was money out correction but the balance was still the same I never receive my money capitec are *****s they ve done this before as well I lost my R700 and i was given all sorts of explanation that didn't even make sence cos with capitec uncleared transations that money you cannot use for any purchase or withdrawals even if the transaction is uncleared that money is no longer into my account
