Capitec Pathetic Service! Nothing is working!

The App and online basically has been offline the whole day and they cannot even give us turn around time! how pathetic!!!! The complaints management line is just as useless as you can't get through. We cannot access our funds, we cannot transact online at all. All we're getting told is that "Our IT department is working on it" I mean what's the use having a service available to the clients if you cannot maintain it?. Is this a way of pushing us to the other banks? because if it is, it is surely working besides even the so called "low bank charges" is bogus, i pay less on my current account i have with another bank than i do at Capitec (savings account)!

Can someone please fix this!!! We want to access our funds please!!!
