Capitec pathetic service!
I need a paid up letter for an account at Capitec. Spoke to a consultant who told me I failed the security questions and now have to visit a branch. Really?? Not asking you for money I need my paid up letter sent to my mail! Paid you everything I owed you plus interest. Just sent me my letter please!
